Online Order Delivery

Delivery is generally within 1-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days. If you have an urgent order we do offer an express service for overnight delivery to the North Island if required.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges cover packaging and signature required delivery.

They are as follows (up to 4kg):

• North Island Rural $11.50
• South Island $5.85
• South Island Rural $10.60
• North Island Express $9.30
• North Island Express Rural $14.00

Product Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your honey when it arrives, please call our team on +643 489 8845, or email us at info@newzealandhoneyco.com and we will gladly replace it, once in receipt of your honey in question.

Freight

We would be happy to ship an order for you. We would ship your order via International New Zealand Post. Your package would arrive to customs in approximately five to ten business days after release of your order. We cannot predict time in customs or from customs to your door.

There may also be duties, taxes and other fees added to your order by customs or its carrier, which we can neither, predict, nor reimburse. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

All amounts are expressed in New Zealand dollars. Your credit card will convert this amount to your currency at the exchange rate effective when the card company processes the charge.

How much will my freight costs be? Depending on the weight of your honey products, the weight will vary. Approximate prices are in New Zealand $.
